Does this really work? I'd read somewhere that one would need to have a mini forest to actually make a difference to oxygen levels. A pot or two in the bedroom won't cut it.

I understand the thought process to come to that conclusion, but at least they are producing some O2. There are multiple benefits to having indoor plants . They clean the air and get rid of dust. The aroma therapy for certain plants helps sleep. They are still cleaning the air and not only are they producing O2. They are eating CO2. The article talks about those specific that produce Oxygen 24 hours a day. Plus, Plants look nice too.

i this i like the snake plant best for the bedroom. i have one right now that has grown to three and a half feet tall. in a mason jar.
